The Miss Globe 2018 was the 15th edition of the pageant, held on October 21, 2018 at The Amphiteatre of Tirana in Tirana, Albania. Hosted by Soni Malaj and broadcast on RTSH, the event featured 45 contestants. Yo Yizhou of China was crowned The Miss Globe 2018 by outgoing titleholder Do Tran Khanh Ngan of Vietnam.
