The 18th edition of The Miss Globe was held on 5 November 2021 at the Opera Theatre in Tirana, Albania. Hosted by Arjola Shehu and broadcast live on RTSH (with streaming on YouTube), the event featured 50 contestants. Maureen Montagne of the Philippines was crowned The Miss Globe 2021 by outgoing titleholder Lorinda Kolgeci of Kosovo.
