The Miss Globe 2022, the 19th edition of the pageant, was held on 2022-10-15 at the National Theater of Opera and Ballet in Skanderbeg Square, Tirana, Albania. Hosted by Arjola Shehu and broadcast on RTSH (with streaming on YouTube), the event featured 49 contestants. Maureen Montagne of the Philippines crowned Anabel Payano of the Dominican Republic as the winner.
