The Miss Globe 2023, the 20th edition of the pageant, was held on 17 November 2023 at the Sports Palace in Durrës, Albania. Hosted by Drita Ziri and Ermal Peçi, it was broadcast live on RTSH and YouTube and featured 51 contestants. At the end of the event, outgoing Miss Globe 2022 Anabel Payano of the Dominican Republic crowned Manvin Khera of Malaysia as the winner.
