Miss Grand Australia 2019 was the fifth edition of the national pageant, held on June 16, 2019, at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth in Sydney. Twenty-two contestants competed after five of the 27 national finalists withdrew. Taylor Marlene (Gold Coast) won the title, with Anja Christ Offersen, Lavinia Grace White, Alecia McCallum, Jazel Alarca, and Jayde Crystal Wright as runners-up. Taylor later placed in the Top 10 at Miss Grand International 2019 in Venezuela.
