Miss Grand Colombia 2022 was the second edition of the national pageant, held on June 24, 2022, at the Hotel Grand Park in Bogotá, Colombia. Hosted by Ariel Osorio with a live performance by Adriana Lucía, the event featured 21 entrants and 10 placements and was broadcast on YouTube. Priscilla Londoño won the title and later represented Colombia at Miss Grand International 2022, placing as 5th Runner-Up.
