Miss Grand Colombia 2023 was the third edition of the national pageant, held on June 18, 2023 at the Mayor Auditorium CUN in Bogotá, Colombia. Twenty-three delegates from Colombian departments and overseas communities competed. María Alejandra López (Eje Cafetero) won the title, with Yuri Rey (Meta) as 1st runner-up and Valentina Cárdenas (Zona Andina) as 2nd runner-up. The final was broadcast on Canal 1 and YouTube, and hosted by Lees Garcia and Manuela Restrepo. López later placed 2nd runner-up at Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam.
