Miss Grand Colombia 2024, the fourth edition of the national pageant, was held on 4 August 2024 at the Centro de Convenciones Cartagena de Indias in Cartagena, Colombia. The competition featured 20 contestants and 12 placements, with entertainment by Kapo. Dennise Cuadrado of Antioquia won and was crowned by outgoing titleholder María Alejandra López, but she later resigned before Miss Grand International 2024; Angelica Valero of Norte de Santander subsequently assumed the title.
