Miss Grand Cuba 2023 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Grand Cuba pageant, held on 20 August 2023 at the Tampa Marriott Westshore in Tampa, Florida, United States. Five candidates, selected through mid-2023 auditions, competed for the title. Portuguese-Cuban model and assistant project manager Sofia Acosta won Miss Grand Cuba 2023, while Sheyla Ravelo was awarded Miss International Cuba 2023. The event was managed by former Miss Grand International 2014 Daryanne Lees and hosted by Andy Salandy. Acosta later competed at Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam and Ravelo at Miss International 2023 in Japan; both were unplaced.
