Miss Grand Dominican Republic 2025 was the third edition of the national pageant, held on 3 May 2025 at Teatro La Fiesta, Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino, in Santo Domingo. Twenty-eight contestants from provinces and municipalities competed. Madelyn Mejía of Peravia won the title, crowned by her predecessor Maria Felix of the Dominican Communities in USA. Miss Grand International president Nawat Itsaragrisil attended as a special guest. The final was hosted by Bray Vargas and Andreína Martínez and streamed live on the Misses of DR YouTube channel. Mejía is slated to represent the Dominican Republic at Miss Grand International 2025 in Thailand.
