Miss Grand International 2018, the sixth edition of the pageant, was held at The One Entertainment Park in Yangon, Myanmar, with events including the preliminary round on October 23 and the grand final on October 25, 2018. María José Lora of Peru crowned Clara Sosa of Paraguay as Miss Grand International 2018. The competition featured 75 entrants and 21 placements and was hosted by Xian Lim.
