Miss Grand International 2019 was the 7th edition of the pageant, held on 25 October 2019 at the Poliedro de Caracas in Caracas, Venezuela. Sixty delegates competed, with Leo Aldana and Clara Sosa hosting. Valentina Figuera of Venezuela won the title, marking the first time the host country captured the crown. The event was broadcast by Televen and streamed on YouTube.
