Miss Grand International 2021 was the ninth edition of the pageant, held on 4 December 2021 at Show DC Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. Abena Appiah crowned Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên of Vietnam as the winner, who received a US$60,000 prize. The event was initially planned for Phuket but most main events were moved to Bangkok due to COVID-19 impacts and local opposition. Fifty-nine contestants competed with 21 placements, and the final was broadcast via YouTube and Facebook Live.
