Miss Grand International 2023 was the 11th edition of the pageant, held in Vietnam. Events took place from 3–25 October 2023 across multiple cities, culminating in the grand final on 25 October at Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City. The final was hosted by Matthew Deane with a live performance by Engfa Waraha. Sixty-nine contestants competed, and Isabella Menin crowned Luciana Fuster of Peru as the winner.
