The 12th Miss Grand International pageant was held on 25 October 2024 at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. Sixty-eight contestants competed. The show was presented by Matthew Deane and streamed worldwide on the pageant’s YouTube channel (GrandTV). At the finale, Luciana Fuster crowned India’s Rachel Gupta as Miss Grand International 2024; on 28 May 2025, Gupta’s reign ended and 1st runner-up CJ Opiaza of the Philippines assumed the title. Initially planned to be co-hosted by Cambodia and Thailand, all pre-pageant activities were ultimately moved to Thailand.
