Miss Grand Paraguay 2018, the second edition of the pageant, was held on June 9, 2018, at the Theater of the Americas, Paraguayan-American Cultural Center (CCPA) in Asunción. Fifteen national delegates competed, and Clara Sosa of Asunción won the title. She later represented Paraguay at Miss Grand International 2018 in Myanmar and won, becoming the first Paraguayan to claim the international crown.
