CNB Miss Grand Paraguay 2025 was the 7th edition of Miss Grand Paraguay and the 2nd under the CNB Paraguay project, held on 30 March 2025 at the Salon de Eventos del Paseo La Galería in Asunción. Twenty-three contestants competed. Cecilia Romero of Caazapá won and was crowned by Miss Grand Paraguay 2024, Sharon Capó; she will represent Paraguay at Miss Grand International 2025 in Thailand on 18 October 2025. After the Miss Grand title was awarded, remaining finalists vied for additional crowns including Miss Supranational Paraguay 2025 and Miss Cosmo Paraguay 2025. The event was broadcast on Paraná TV and the MGM Producciones YouTube channel.
