Miss Grand Spain 2016, the inaugural edition of the national pageant, was held on 18 July 2016 at the Teatro de la Villa del Conocimiento y las Artes in Mairena del Alcor, Spain. Twenty-four contestants competed, with ten placements. Adriana Sánchez Rivas of Málaga won the title and later represented Spain at Miss Grand International 2016 in the United States, placing in the Top 20.
