Miss Grand Thailand 2013 was the inaugural edition of the pageant. Pre-pageant activities took place in Pattani Province, and the final was held on 2013-05-07 at the Bangkok Convention Centre Hall (22nd floor) at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, broadcast live by Channel 7. Yada Theppanom of Prachuap Khiri Khan won and later represented Thailand at Miss Grand International 2013 at Impact Muang Thong Thani.
