Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 was the inaugural edition of the national pageant, held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The schedule ran from 30 August to 1 October 2022, culminating in the grand final at Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium on 1 October. Đoàn Thiên Ân of Long An won the title and later reached the Top 20 at Miss Grand International 2022. The program included swimsuit, fashion, national costume, a pre-final, and the coronation night, and was streamed on YouTube and Facebook Live.
