Miss Intercontinental 1974, the 4th edition of the pageant, was held at the Aruba Caribbean Hotel in Oranjestad, Aruba on September 21, 1974, with 18 delegates competing. Emilia de los Rios of Venezuela won the title and was crowned by outgoing titleholder Barbara Sergi of the USA.
