Miss Intercontinental 1980, the 10th edition, was held in Punto Fijo, Venezuela on October 4, 1980, with 40 delegates competing. Elizabeth Gasiewicz of Argentina was crowned Miss Intercontinental 1980 by outgoing titleholder Mary Ann Shaughnessy of the USA.
