Miss Intercontinental 1987, the 16th edition of the Miss Intercontinental beauty pageant, was held in Lagos, Nigeria. Patricia Kuypers of Peru was crowned by outgoing titleholder Elizabeth Robinson of Puerto Rico. It was the third time Nigeria hosted the pageant.
