Miss Intercontinental 1990, the 19th edition of the pageant, was held in Lagos, Nigeria on March 31, 1990, with 21 delegates competing. Sandra Foster of Jamaica won the title and was crowned by outgoing queen Brenda Marte of the Dominican Republic.
