Miss Intercontinental 1994, the 23rd edition, was held on April 15, 1994 at the Hilton Düsseldorf Hotel in Düsseldorf, Germany. Twenty-two delegates competed for the crown. Kimberly Byers of USA won the title, crowned by outgoing titleholder Verona Feldbusch of Germany.
