Miss Intercontinental 1995, the 24th edition of the pageant, was held on April 20, 1995 at Gross Diskothek in Dresden, Germany. Twenty-two delegates competed. Melissa Cortez of US Virgin Islands won the title and was crowned by outgoing queen Kimberly Byers of the USA.
