Miss Intercontinental 1999, the 28th edition, was held on 1999-04-22 at Discotheque Beach in Bochum, Germany. Hosted by Detlef Tursies and broadcast on YouTube, the event featured 24 delegates from various countries and territories. Mine Erbaykent of Turkey won the title, crowned by outgoing Miss Intercontinental Janaina Berenhauser of Brazil.
