Miss Intercontinental 2005, the 34th edition, was held on July 30, 2005 at the Municipal Stadium in Huangshan, China. Hosted by Hu Yihu and Li Xia, the live event featured 61 contestants. Emmarys Pinto of Venezuela won the title, crowned by outgoing Miss Intercontinental Catalina Valencia of Colombia.
