Miss Intercontinental 2009, the 38th edition, was held on September 27, 2009 at the Football Arena in Minsk, Belarus. Hosted by George Koldun, Ekaterina Domankova and Dmitry Koldun and broadcast on ONT TV Channel and YouTube, 56 delegates competed. Hannelly Quintero of Venezuela was crowned by outgoing titleholder Cristina Camargo of Colombia. It was the first time the pageant was held in Belarus.
