Miss Intercontinental 2010, the 39th edition, was held at Taíno Theatre, Hotel Barceló Resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, on November 7, 2010. Hosted by Hector Pérez and Elaine Martinez and streamed on YouTube, 58 delegates competed. Hannelly Quintero crowned Maydelise Columna of Puerto Rico.
