Miss Intercontinental 2019, the 48th edition, was held on December 20, 2019 at the Sunrise Grand Select Montemare Resort in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. Hosted by Suman Chellani and Holger Salmen with Hector Gonzales as backstage host, the event was broadcast live on Azteca América and YouTube. Seventy-six delegates competed, and outgoing titleholder Karen Gallman of the Philippines crowned Fanni Mikó of Hungary as Miss Intercontinental 2019.
