Miss Intercontinental 2021, the 49th edition, was held on 2021-10-29 at the Sharm El-Sheikh Museum in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. Hosted by Serah Teshna and Maria Zaky and streamed live via YouTube and Facebook Live, the event featured 72 contestants. Fanni Mikó, Miss Intercontinental 2019 from Hungary, crowned Cinderella Obeñita of the Philippines as the winner.
