The 51st Miss Intercontinental pageant was held on December 15, 2023 at Sunrise Remal Resort in Sharm El-Sheik, Egypt. Hosted by Serah Teshna and broadcast on ABS-CBN, Azteca América, and YouTube, the event featured 64 delegates. Lê Nguyễn Bảo Ngọc, Miss Intercontinental 2022 from Vietnam, crowned Chatnalin Chotjirawarachat of Thailand as Miss Intercontinental 2023.
