Miss International 1960 was the inaugural edition of the Miss International pageant, held on 12 August 1960 at the Long Beach Municipal Auditorium in Long Beach, California, United States. Fifty-two contestants competed. Stella Márquez of Colombia won the title. The event was hosted by Byron Palmer and was created following conflicts with the Miss Universe pageant that led Long Beach organizers to launch a new competition.
