Miss International 1999 was the 39th Miss International pageant, held at U-Port Hall in Tokyo, Japan, on 14 December 1999. The event featured 51 contestants and was hosted by Masumi Okada and Mari Christine. Paulina Gálvez of Colombia won the title and was crowned by Lía Borrero of Panama, marking Colombia’s second Miss International victory.
