Miss International 2002, the 42nd Miss International pageant, was held on 2002-09-30 at the Century Hyatt in Tokyo, Japan. Małgorzata Rożniecka of Poland crowned Christina Sawaya of Lebanon as the winner, marking the first Miss International titleholder of Middle Eastern descent.
