Miss International 2003, the 43rd Miss International pageant, was held on 2003-10-08 at the Radisson Miyako Hotel in Tokyo, Japan. Forty-five delegates competed, and Goizeder Azúa of Venezuela won the title, succeeding Christina Sawaya of Lebanon.
