The second edition of Miss Latinoamérica was held on 21 September 2013 at the Fantastic Casino de Albrook Mall in Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá, with 18 contestants from Latin American countries and territories competing over roughly a week and a half. At the conclusion, Miss Latinoamérica 2012 Alina Rodriguez of Cuba crowned Ángela Ramírez, representing Región Andina (Venezuela), as Miss Latinoamérica Internacional 2013. The event was streamed via the pageant’s Facebook page and on YouTube.
