The seventh edition of Miss Latinoamérica took place on September 22, 2018 at the Fantastic Casino in Panama City, Panama, with 20 contestants from Latin American countries and territories. At the end of the event, Lisandra Chirinos, Miss Latinoamérica 2017 from Venezuela, crowned Stephanie Miranda of the United States as Miss Latinoamérica 2018.
