The ninth edition of Miss Latinoamérica was held on December 20, 2020, at the Wyndham Panama Albroock Mall Hotel and Convention Center in Panama City, Panama, with 11 contestants from Latin American countries and autonomous territories. At the end of the event, Miss Latinoamérica 2019, Marisol Acosta of Uruguay, crowned Laura Castillo of Nicaragua as Miss Latinoamérica 2020.
