The tenth edition of Miss Latinoamérica took place at the Panamá Viejo Tower in Panama City, Panama, featuring 13 contestants from across Latin America. At the end of the event, outgoing titleholder Laura Castillo of Nicaragua crowned Nikita Palma of Peru as Miss Latinoamérica 2021.
