The eleventh edition of Miss Latinoamérica was held on November 27, 2022, at the Salón del Biomuseo in Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá, with 14 contestants competing over two weeks. At the end of the event, Miss Latinoamérica 2021 Nikita Palma of Perú crowned Matilde Lina López of Colombia as Miss Latinoamérica 2022.
