The twelfth edition of Miss Latinoamérica was held on 23 September 2023 at the Plaza de los Libertadores, Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores in Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá. Seventeen candidates from across Latinoamérica competed over two weeks. At the end of the event, Miss Latinoamérica 2022 Lina Lopez of Colombia crowned Zuliet Seminario of Perú as Miss Latinoamérica 2023.
