Miss Perú 1953 was the second edition of the Miss Perú pageant, held on 26 June 1953 at the Teatro Municipal de Lima, Perú. Organized by the newspaper La Crónica, the contest began with 37 candidates from across the country; after the first cut, 15 semifinalists remained. Mary Ann Sarmiento Hall (Ucayali) won and represented Perú at Miss Universe 1953, becoming the first Peruvian to place in the international semifinals.
