Miss Perú 1960 was held on June 28, 1960 at the Teatro Municipal in Lima, Peru, with 16 contestants. Winners would represent Peru at Miss Universe 1960 and, for the first time, at Miss International 1960. Medallit Gallino (Lambayeque) won the main title, and Irma Vargas Fuller (Distrito Capital) was selected as Miss International Peru 1960.
