The Miss Peru 1963 pageant was held on July 6, 1963 at the Municipal Theater with 15 entrants. Dora Toledano, representing Loreto, won the title and went on to represent Peru at Miss Universe 1963 and Miss World 1963. Additional titles included Miss World Peru (Lucía Buonnani, Europe Peru) and Miss International Peru (Esperanza Moy, Huacho).
