Miss Peru 1986 was held on May 25, 1986 at the Municipal Theater of Arequipa, broadcast by Panamericana Televisión. Twenty-two contestants competed; Karin Lindeman of Piura won and represented Peru at Miss Universe 1986. Presenters were Jorge Beleván and Silvia Maccera.
