The Miss Perú 1990 pageant was held on April 1, 1990, with 20 candidates competing for two national crowns. Marisol Martínez of Arequipa won and represented Peru at Miss Universe 1990 and Miss World 1990. Other finalists went on to compete in additional pageants.
