Miss Peru 1992 was held on April 1, 1992 at the Sheraton Hotel Casino with 20 contestants. Aline Arce Santos of Arequipa won the national title and was slated to represent Peru at Miss Universe 1992 and Miss World 1992. Other finalists went on to various international contests. Several special awards were presented, including Best Regional Costume, Miss Photogenic, Miss Elegance, Miss Body, Best Hair, Miss Congeniality, Most Beautiful Face, and Miss Popularity.
