Miss Perú 1998 was held on April 16, 1998 at the María Angola Convention Center in Miraflores, Lima. Twenty candidates competed; Karim Bernal of Huánuco won and represented Peru at Miss Universe 1998. The event was presented by Coco Beleván and Sofía Franco, featured a performance by La Toya Jackson, and was broadcast by América Televisión.
